HOOP DREAMS: WANGKATJUNGKA

We are proud to have finished our 5th Hoop Dreams project. House of Darwin flew into Broome and then drove 5 hours inland to the Wangkatjungka Community.

Hoop Dreams reimagines basketball courts in remote Indigenous communities. Refurbished courts provide a space for communal well-being, translating the growth of House of Darwin into grassroots action. Through this initiative, youth see how their thoughts and creativity can positively impact their environment, fostering pride and unity within their communities and inspiring future generations.
